A Pet-Friendly Meridian, Id Townhome for You

At Linder Springs in Meridian, we know pets are part of the family. That’s why we’re proud to offer a pet-friendly community with amenities designed to keep your furry companions happy.

We welcome up to two pets per apartment, with a $250 deposit and a $200 non-refundable fee per pet. Additionally, dogs require a one-time $75 fee for a Poo Prints DNA swab, helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all residents.

For more information on our pet policy or to inquire about breed restrictions, please feel free to contact us! Note: ESAs are exempt from pet fees and deposits.
